Beetroot Soup


We had borsch last night. Yummy.

We made Borscht before Mack left for Ukraine. We both liked it. The sour cream and fresh dill on the top complete the taste experience. He now writes and tells me that we made it the hard way. (And the expensive way, I'm assuming) I can't wait to find out how the Ukrainians make it.
